DIY Hand Rolls

 

Ingredients

  • Seaweed sheet (nori)

  • 1 portion of sushi rice, cooked

  • 1 salmon filling serving (see recipe below)

  • 1 Avocado, sliced

  • Cucumber, julienned

Salmon Filling

  • 1 lb of salmon filet

  • 2 tbsp of Kewpie mayo

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp of green onion (about 1 unit)

  • 2 tsp sriracha

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven or airfryer to 375 F. Add the salmon to a baking sheet, and lightly season it with pepper and a drizzle of oil. Cook the salmon for about 15 minutes.

  2. Once the salmon is cooked, combine it with the mayo, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sriracha and green onion in a bowl.

  3. Assemble the handrolls by laying a flat nori sheet on a plat, and then topping it with rice, the salmon mix and your vegetables of choice. Roll into a cone-like shape.
