Sautéed Green Beans

 

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic cloves (or more!)

  • A large handful of green beans

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • (Optional) 1 tsp sesame oil

  • Chili flakes, to taste

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • (Optional) Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a heated pan, boil some water. Blanch the green beans until they turn bright green. Remove the beans and set aside. Toss the water.

  2. Add the oil in the pan and sauté the garlic for 30 sec.

  3. Toss in the green beans until nice, bright & crispy.

  4. Sprinkle with sesame oil, seeds, chili flakes, and salt & pepper.
