Oat Berry Smoothie

 

Instructions

- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of choice or water
- 1 tbsp ground flax/chia seeds or hemp seeds

Instructions

1. Blend all ingredients in a mixer.
2. Sprinkle on some seeds (your choice of hemp hearts, chia seeds or ground flax seed) for your daily dose of Omega-3s!
