2-Ingredient Fruit Salad

 

Do you ever get financially frustrated from using up a crate of berries…only for it to last you a day or no more than one meal? Lately, I’ve been making fruit salads (using both fresh and/or frozen fruits) to help make the most of my fruit consumption in the week! Here’s how you can too.

Ingredients

  • (2) fruits of your choice, fresh or frozen

  • Mango + Pomegranate or berries

  • Orange + Apple

  • Peach + Blueberry

  • Pineapple + Blueberry

  • Strawberry + Clementines

Instructions

  1. Chop, peel and cut in to cubes.

  2. (Optional) Add in a sprinkle of lemon juice.

  3. Mix and enjoy!
