Air-Fried Vietnamese Pork Chops
Ingredients
4-5 thinly sliced pork chops
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp minced garlic (about 4 cloves)
3 tbsp minced lemongrass (1 stalk)
1 small shallot, chopped
1 tsp pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the ingredients until well incorporated.
Air fry at 400F for about 12 minutes.
(optional - but highly recommended!) Prepare fish sauce as per instructions.
Serve with broken rice with sauteed green onions, fresh herbs, lettuce, cucumber and pickled veggies!
