Air-Fried Vietnamese Pork Chops

 

Ingredients

  • 4-5 thinly sliced pork chops

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic (about 4 cloves)

  • 3 tbsp minced lemongrass (1 stalk)

  • 1 small shallot, chopped

  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ingredients until well incorporated.

  2. Air fry at 400F for about 12 minutes.

  3. (optional - but highly recommended!) Prepare fish sauce as per instructions.

  4. Serve with broken rice with sauteed green onions, fresh herbs, lettuce, cucumber and pickled veggies!

  5. Enjoy!
