Chocolate Date Smoothie
This recipe tastes like a fresh glass of chocolate milk, with the added benefit of having +10g of fibre and up to 15g of protein!
Ingredients
1 cup soymilk
2 Medjool dates , pitted
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender in the order of the list.
